2026 Election Information

The capital improvement plan targets long-overdue infrastructure upgrades rather than facility expansion. By upgrading core utility systems, replacing deteriorated playing surfaces with durable post-tension concrete, expanding ADA accessibility, and modernizing aquatic structures, the district will ensure its parks and pool remain safe, efficient, and cost-effective to operate for decades to come.

ONE TIME FUNDING for major repairs, replacements and capital improvements

Priorities include:

  • Pool Updates and Repairs
  • Marker Park Playground, Irrigation, ballfield improvements
  • Tennis/Basketball Court Improvements

OPERATING MILL LEVY INCREASE-      $10 Estimated Monthly Impact

Proposed 2.6-mill Increase

RECURRING ANNUAL FUNDING for:

  • Ongoing care of parks, pools, and recreation amentities
  • Routine and preventative maintenance
  • Facility operations and seasonal services
  • Equipment and system upkeep
