From this page you can either "view" a document by left clicking at the top right hand corner of the document, you may then choose to download a document by clicking on the down arrow. As long as you have "Adobe Reader" which is a free software program, you can view and enter your information. You do not have to have any other special software. Registration ~ Roster ~ Job Application forms can be filled out electronically and saved as a "PDF" file after you download them.

(Instructions: Left click on the downward arrow of the Registration or Roster Sheet to download the file. The downloaded form can then be filled out electronically, when you finish filling out the form, do a "right" click over the form on your mouse and save the file as "John or Jane Doe's Registration or Roster. Make a note where you save your file in your computer so you can retrieve it. You can then attach the saved file and email it to kwallace@ckrd.org)
